Within the Continental United States
We ship orders to your residence or workplace, within the continental United States, via UPS. Usual shipping time, once your order is processed, is 2-7 business days (See map below for estimated length of shipping times). UPS guarantees delivery by their estimated arrival date, except in December. The shipping and handling cost is $7.50.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Usual shipping time, once your order is processed, is 3-7 business days. The shipping and handling cost is $7.50.

All shipping and processing times refer to business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

All packages are shipped in a plain cardboard box, with the return address. The name of our product, or its purpose, does not appear on the outside packaging.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We are not responsible for delays once the product has been shipped. The shipping and handling cost is $11.50.
Canada
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. The shipping and handling is an additional $10.00 (for a total shipping and handling charge of $17.50). We are not responsible for delays at the border, or additional charges or taxes incurred at the border or within Canada.
International (Outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada)
Orders shipped internationally are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or Air Parcel, depending on order weight. The shipping and handling fee is an additional $20.00, for a total shipping charge of $37.50. We are not responsible for delays in customs, or additional charges or taxes incurred within any country. Like all of our orders, yours will be shipped the day after your payment is processed, but shipping times may vary.
Overseas Military
All orders for overseas military shipping to an APO address within the U.S. will be treated as a Continental U.S. order, and will not be subject to additional charges.

to mail a money order.

will receive an order confirmation by email
immediately after you place your order.
We
accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
AMEX and Discover) for online orders. Money
Orders are accepted, but the products only
ship after the money order is cleared.
We recommend that you insure your mailed
payments. Ask at your local post office
for details.
We
do offer check by phone, but unfortunately
we do not accept personal checks mailed
to us. Check By Phone orders are accepted
if you wish to call our toll free phone
number. Please take advantage of our promotions,
as they can save on your shipping
costs.
All
FSI products are shipped
via standard UPS if a physical street address
is provided and via the US Postal Service
to PO Boxes only. If you would like product
shipped via the Postal Service to your
street address, there will be an additional
$4.00 charge for this process. Shipping
methods will be calculated based on the
current FSI shipping
fees listed in the shopping cart. In the
event that additional charges may apply,
we may modify your order and notify you
after the order has been processed. Products
are available for shipment WORLDWIDE, but
prices may vary and shipment costs may
be higher depending on your location.
We
do not accept any returned product that
has already been opened. However, if you
would like to return the product and have
not yet opened it, we will charge a 15%

in the mail or sent to the wrong place. Insurance and tracking is highly recommended.
Shipping
and Handling fees are non-refundable on
returns.

will incur additional shipping charges.
Return processing may take up to a maximum
of 6 weeks. Items that are not returned
in their original packaging will not be
refunded.

must be paid in full and unopened to qualify
